Cotswold Way Challenge 2019 · 29 June 2019 to 30 June 2019 ·

The UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, we've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, we provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Story

Last year - August 2018, we had the devastating news that our fun loving crazy Scottish friend Jamie "Delta" Davies had taken his own life. Jamie was husband to Samantha, a father to two beautiful children and a friend to many.

Jamie suffered from PTSD from his time deployed in combat roles. This a devastating illness which has caused 71 military personnel and vetrans to take their own lives last year.

So this year, I will be a part of "Team Delta" raising funds for Combat Stress, which has been set up by Jamie's Brother-in-Law Kevin. We will be taking on the 100k Challenge, trekking from Bath to Cheltenham in 2 days with 2000 mtrs of climb over the full 100k course!

Combat Stress helped Jamie whilst he was suffering his demons. Please help me raise money and awareness to thank them for all their support.
