In September I am once again running the great north run for muscular dystrophy UK.

Because I love this race so much I have donated 50% of the target so a few small donations is all I need to achieve the goal. That said like all charities  the last 12 months has been tough, so every penny is needed to continue funding research and providing support for those living with muscular dystrophy. 

1:21:20 was my last and best time. Why not set me a challenge 😊

Muscular Dystrophy UK is the charity for the 70,000 children and adults living with muscle-wasting conditions in the UK. There's currently no cure, and it many cases, it limits lives. MDUK do vital work in funding pioneering research into treatments and cures as well as providing vital information, advice, resources and support for individuals and families living with these conditions.All donations, big or small, are greatly appreciated.
