Five years ago I cycled from one end of the country to the other for Parasol. I'm getting older so doing the width now seems more realistic. However I am doing it in a day (well I hope I am).

People have pulled faces like I am cheating when I tell them it is at one of the narrower parts (Anglesey to Ipswich would be better?) but its still 150 miles and then are some serious hills / mountains in between the start and the finish.

So take a look at the map. Have a look at some of the climbs we are doing and then stick your virtual hand in your virtual pocket and raise some money for a great charity.
