I am, once again, attempting to complete the Worcester City Run this year to support Worcester Snoezelen. I am NOT a runner, and have done very little in the way of training, so if you aren't able to give anything (even small change will help!), come and shout at me around the 10k course on 15th!!

The charity provides leisure therapy for many people with learning disabilities from all over the West Midlands. A visit to Snoezelen helps people relax and have fun in an interesting environment and for many people with learning disabilities who visit each week this is the only outing they have!
