Our bursary fund helps transform lives. Each year, over 1000 students apply for help with course fees, materials, and assistance with travel and family care. Your gift makes sure that financial need isnt a barrier to education.

Story

It takes over 50,000 steps to run a Marathon and with every one of them I will be supporting City Lit’s student bursary.

Coincidentally, at City Lit, there are 50,000 teaching sessions a year, when adults from a variety of backgrounds and ages can inspire their passions and realise their ambitions

But all of these life enhancing activities need your support.

To ensure that future generations continue to have access to life-changing education, regardless of their circumstances, funding is needed.

By donating you will be helping the student bursary which supports those who can’t access education - including those who have been homeless, have learning difficulties and are on a low income or are unemployed.

So please support me through donating and in turn enrich people’s lives.

This learning centre in the heart of London was founded in 1919, so for this centenary year, they hope to raise £19,009.

Every pound raised and Marathon step run will help to transform the lives of Londoners through education.
