We are creating a world without limits to support people affected by epilepsy.

Story

I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 19 while training for National Tetrathlon Championships and the University athletics team. The unpredictability of having seizures really knocked my confidence but Epilepsy Action gave me so much support and by raising awareness and supporting others with epilepsy it has given me a new purpose in life.

I have never let epilepsy stop me living life to the full and have two beautiful children. I always wanted to run the marathon but seizures while running dented my confidence. This is my chance to prove epilepsy really can't stop me from achieving my goals.

Epilepsy Action is an amazing organisation who have helped me build my confidence and supported me through some tough times. If you can give just a little it will help others with epilepsy to feel supported and not alone.
