Story
I walk with my friend Leah and her mum who sadly lost their brother and son on 31st May 2015.
My little brother Steven was taken from me on 16th October 2013.
Steve was an amazing son, brother, uncle and friend but he struggled and his struggle took over and sadly won.
Suicide, depression and mental health issues hold such stigma, which then makes people feel uncomfortable and avoid these issues. It's time that changed!! You are not alone, it's time to talk, it's time to change.
Offer hope to others and help others find hope in the darkest of times.
