Lia’s Wings is a national charity that ensures babies and children can access vital medical treatment and care.

Story

Thank you for dropping by.

I will be running the "Royal Parks Half Marathon" on Sunday 9th October for an amazing charity I work closely with called Lucy Air Ambulance - www.lucyaac.org.uk

Lucy Air Ambulance are a dedicated fixed wing air transfer service, flying seriously ill babies and children from local hospitals to specialist care units within the UK.

This is a hugely important service and being a mum myself (of a "nearly" 3 year old) it is very reassuring to know this kind of service exists.

However, independent funding is crucial to its long term survival, which is why I will be running to raise money for them.

Any donations - big or small - will be greatly appreciated and ultimately help to fund these transfers and this great service.

***Disclaimer*** I can't promise any gold medal winning times but a Mo Farah sprint finish is certainly on the cards!
