In search of a new challenge for 2013, we have decided to run the Bupa 10,000, a 10k run in central London. Those of you that know us well will be aware that we are neither skilled nor regular runners and therefore this will definitely be a challenge!

As many of you will know, we both suffer from epilepsy so it won't come as a surprise that we have chosen Epilepsy Research UK has our charity.
