Stepping Stones DS helps families navigate the journey from birth to adulthood, helping young people with Down syndrome (birth to 24 years) to fulfil their potential. We support children and young people with Down Syndrome and their families in North Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.

This page is set up in memory of Claire Nye who sadly passed away on Sunday 15th January. 

Instead of flowers at Claire’s funeral, a donation to Stepping Stones DS can be made. 

Claire would be very happy that she is able to help support Stepping Stones DS as her granddaughter Abigail is a member of this charity. It means a lot to all of us.
