As most of you may have gathered, Brysons has become my passion. Every Sunday (or I take a day off work if for whatever reason I can't make it on a weekend) I trek up to Wreckenton from way down a steep hill in Felling to spend some time with some very grateful animals. Dog walking and cat cuddling has become my favourite way to spend my free time. 

These animals, for whatever reason, have ended up homeless but with the help of Brysons their future looks bright. The care from the staff at Brysons is clearly phenomenal, until they can get their forever home. I've particularly been drawn to Bertie, the longest residident. As my best pal it is reassuring to know that no matter how long it takes him to find a home (I wish it could be mine) he will have the best possible care while living at Brysons with the care of the great staff. This can only continue through donations of generous people. 

I will be taking part in the Colour Obstacle Run on 17th June and although it isn't necessarily about charities, I'm hoping to raise some money to help care for all these amazing animals. Feel free to donate as little or as much as you can. Nothing is too little. And everything helps. Let's hope that the excruciating pain in my feet subsides by then.
