Holly has decided to do a very wonderful thing and have her hair cut off and her locks will be donated to the Little Princess' Trust. Her hair will then be made into a wig for cancer patients (boys and girls) made out of 'real' hair.

For anyone who doesn't know Holly she is 8 years old and has asked us if she can do this....she is a little nervous about having her hair cut off as it's a big part of her....and she can only imagine how difficult it must be for children losing their hair due to cancer treatments. 

As Holly has been asked to be a bridesmaid for our lovely friend Laura McDougal on the 30th August 2014, we have decided to wait until after the wedding in August to have her hair cut. The haircut is booked for Friday 26th September 2014 at The Barbers Lounge in Broadstone.

We would appreciate any donation small or large to give to this wonderful charity. If you are able to offer Gift Aid this would also be appreciated as it will increase the amount of money we can donate...thank you.

We have decided to change our target from £150 to £350, the average cost to make a wig is £350, so hopefully Holly will raise enough money to make a wig as well as supply hair for the wig.
