Bupa Great South Run 2011 · 30 October 2011 ·

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Hi everyone.

This year I am taking part in the Great South Run. For over a year now I have been a keen runner, kept out and about by my running buddies at NHS West Sussex. I will be running for the Stroke Association and dressed as a zebra

The run is on the 30th of October (brrr!) over a 10 mile course.

Sponser only as much as you can afford.

Thank you  for taking the time to look at my page, and for any kind donation you can offer.
