The Menopause Charity will bust myths, overcome ignorance, and make menopause symptoms history. We'll support women with fact-based menopause research and help them access the safest hormone replacement therapy. We'll help educate healthcare professionals and employers, and campaign worldwide.

Story

Firstly I’d like to thank you for supporting us through our fundraising page

Here’s the reason we’ve chosen to support The Menopause Charity

Throughout the last 12 months I have had a tough time health wise - symptoms such as Forgetfulness, Anxiety, Tiredness, Lack of Motivation, Night Sweats, Broken Sleep and much more….

I had completely lost my mojo for life and felt really down.
I actually thought I had early onset dementia! 😢

In May I was diagnosed as being Peri-Menopausal

Throughout the last 8 months I have started HRT and I’m now feeling much better.

I’m now become driven to help other women who are suffering from symptoms of the menopause 🥰

We need to be harmed with knowledge on what we can do to help ourselves and know when to go and get medical support. This is the reason why I’ve chosen to fundraise for The Menopause Charity

Myself and Andy (husband/business partner) decided we were going to take part in the 1000 mile walking challenge in 2023 to improve our physical and mental well-being, by getting out in nature and being more active

Some of our lovely Pilates members at New Healthy Body also decided to take up the challenge too
