Clare Handford & Emma Blackburn are doing the Jurassic Coast Endurance 100km (62 mile) walk on 8/9 June 2018. This is a coastal up & down walk from Poole to Bridport. We are walking 36 miles the first day & 26 miles the second! 

We are raising money for the incredibly worthwhile cancer charity, Weldmar Hospicecare. This charity is close to our hearts, as we know people who have benefitted directly from Weldmar's support & others who have had cancer. I would like to pay special tributes to my mother, who died from cancer, Helen, a very close friend who died last Christmas from cancer & Lucy who benefitted from Weldmar's support at the end of her life.

Weldmar is a charity that provides end of life care for people living in Dorset who need specialist support. Their compassionate approach supports patients and their families, medically and in other ways, in the community, in their hospice and at home. All their care is free and reliant on public donations. 25% of our funds are provided by the NHS – 75% of our funds are raised thanks to the support of our local community.

They really need our support.
