I've been in the ballot for a London place for the last 8 years. I'm not getting any younger and would like what I think will be my last Marathon in London because it looks like such a fantastic event!

Bloodwise look for better kinder treatments for people who develop blood cancers like my brilliant sister Hannah. While she concentrates on a very different kind of marathon I want to raise funds to make sure anyone else who has a loved one with a blood cancer gets top treatment and care. 

Charities like Bloodwise made sure that the NHS had the tools to spot Hannah's illness and our fantastic health service was like "hold my beer we've got to get on this". Long story short they totally did and she is well again. 

So please sponsor me and spread the word. Buy cakes and bring me your crap to sell at a charity car boot. There is even talk of a pub quiz...Thanks so much!!!
