After the epic 1 Million Steps walked in March & the memorable Mount Snowdon climb in June, my final tribute to the wonderful Clare will be facing my fears & putting on my big boy pants when I attempt to abseil down Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for Clare's Big Drop.

It'll form part of Clare's partner, Adam's 2022 fundraising mission for Nottingham University Hospital Charities, in particular for Hayward House, who looked after Clare during her final days battling bowel cancer.

Thank you for helping me get over the minimum fundraising requirement to qualify for the event and anything that can get me over the edge (pun intended) will make for a memorable finale for a dear friend & trigger the clenching of butt cheeks!
