Amanda Cockle was 34 years old when she sadly passed away from cancer in February 2015. She left behind a husband and two children below the age of ten. She was the first employee of Brookes Stephens Chartered Accountants when Leon Stephens set up the practice in 2007 and she is missed everyday by her former colleagues.

Amanda's colleagues climbed Snowdon in 2014 whilst she was battling the disease and raised approximately £4000 for a cancer charity based in Sutton Coldfield.

Having slowly come to terms with her passing, we have decided to hold a charity ball in her memory. All money raised will be donated to the Tamworth Wellbeing Cancer Support Centre (Registered Charity Number 1136569). Before Amanda lost her battle she received a lot of support from this centre and had even started to volunteer there. It is her husband Robert’s wish that this is where the money raised be donated.

WHEN: Saturday, 17 September 2016 from 7pm

WHERE: Aston Wood Golf Club - 132 Blake Street, Sutton Coldfield, B74 4EU
