On Sunday 19 May 2013 our 17 strong team will be competing in the annual Dragon Boat Challenge, held at our Portsmouth office at 1000 Lakeside, to raise money for our charity of the year, The Rowan's Hospice. 

The Rowans Hospice is a local charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses which has helped more than 7,000 patients and families across Portsmouth and Hampshire.

Dragon Boat racing dates back over 2000 and is fast becoming one of the most popular sports in the country.

 

We will be taking part in at least three races over the day, competing with other participants over a 250 metre course in our Dragon Boat, which is effectively a long elaborately decorated canoe, with room for 16 rowers and one drummer to keep us paddling in time!
