I’m 🏃‍♂️ the 2023 TCS London Marathon on the 23rd April. I’m very grateful to have a charity place so I’m raising a set target of £2,500 for Bowel Cancer UK.

As many of you may know me I’m always up for a challenge and like to think I can do anything! So here I am taking on London Marathon with under 5 months before the race! I've always wanted to run London Marathon and have finally built up the courage to do so!

The reason I have chosen Bowel Cancer UK.

The main reason for me for finally applying is due to my mum surviving stage 4 Bowel Cancer at a very difficult time and I want to do this to make her proud and also raise awareness. 

I have been lucky enough to be given the chance to raise funds for Bowel Cancer UK and not just for my mum but also anyone else that has been affected by the disease as I know it makes a huge impact to people lives and especially for those who have lost loved ones. I'm fortunate enough to say this was not the case with my mum however it still had a massive impact on me and our family life.
