When the sun sets on the longest day of the year, I'll be taking on the eye-watering challenge of abseiling 450ft down Brighton's famous i360 tower.

I'll be fundraising for the Chalkhill Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit in Haywards Heath –Sussex's only mental health inpatient unit for young people.

Campaigning for better mental healthcare and awareness is a subject very close to my heart, and I'm both proud and delighted (and terrified!) to be taking on this challenge for the young people in my local community.
