I am raising funds for bowel cancer I like many others have lost close freinds to bowel cancer, one such pal was Paul Taylor, a great man, fit as anything, multiple ironman lanzarote finisher, he inspired me to have a go, and, well the rest is history, he and his wife Sue have given so much to triathlon and to me he advocated the true comradarie that does and should exist in sport, Erica Roberts a full time spinning instructor and personal trainer was another friend, I also made contact with Irfon Williams who said he would greet me at the finish, sadly he has lost his mamouth battle but this spurs me on even more!
