Mission accomplished. Slow and steady but triumphed over the very gusty conditions. Essex quite pretty...

On Sunday, 25th September Sean and I are pedalling through the leafy lanes of Essex (for what will doubtless be a considerable amount of time!) on behalf of Streetgames. 180kms will be a Sunday stroll for Sean but a real step-up in distance for me. Anyway I'm sure it will all be worthwhile raising cash for such a wonderful charity. Annette has been involved with Streetgames for a number of years now and they really do fantastic work in the community getting kids off the streets and into organised sport. So as we cycle from Olympic Park out into the Essex countryside and back (somewhat later) for a lap of the former Olympic Velodrome, can I beseech you to cough up some cash for what is a great cause.
