Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As some of you know, it was a bit of a shock that Debbie was suddenly taken from us a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, living on the other side of the planet I am unable to support Mike and the kids in the way I would like and I will be unable to pay my respects on Tuesday 30 August.

I have set up this page to do something in the spirit of Debbie, due to injury I can't do any crazy stunts like I used to love to do, so I am going to head to Great Ocean Road this weekend and I will be dressing up as batman for the road trip. I will be taking my selfie stick with me to capture evidence that I will be doing this. I thought it would encapsulate her wild spirit and is something that is completely out of my comfort zone (in a group yes, on my own - not so much).

The reason I have chosen to dress up as a superhero (despite the fact that I love being a big kid), is because my legendary Uncle Peter has been fighting crime (aka MND) like a true hero for the last 13 years. Also many other family members and friends that have fought hard against Parkinson's, Dementia, Brain Tumours and Aneurisms. All heroes to me and so I thought Batman was fitting.
