🌟 Join me on a journey to make a difference! I'm trekking 26 miles to support Alzheimer's research and care. Every step counts in the fight against this disease that affects so many people.

🌟 Why Alzheimer's? It's personal. My dear old mum - Claire - was diagnosed with Dementia in 2021 and we have been living with it since then, seeing mum's decline first-hand. This has energised me to raise funds for research, support, and hope for those affected and their families. 

🌟 Over the coming months, I'll be challenging my dodgy knees and ankles to train for the trek. My son, Abu Bakr, will be joining me for the challenge. Thank you for being a part of this journey. Your support makes a difference.
