As a team of like minded lunatics we are very grateful for the people who keep us safe in our beds and answer the call if we need help. Military and Emergency service personnel often suffer significant mental health issues due to the things they have both seen and done. 

The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have produced a large amount of veterans, mostly young men and women in their late twenties to early thirties who have a lifetime ahead of them. Our chosen charity this year helps in many ways - medical care, food, shelter, CV writing skills, counselling and multiple other ways to get our veterans back on their feet and into society.
