I am hoping to raise £100+ for Parkinson’s UK as I have been diagnosed with the disease, at the same age as my (deceased) father had his diagnosis. I know exercise is one of the best things for PD and so I am entering a sponsored walk (a mere 7.5 miles – easy on a good day, not so otherwise).
