Project Information In 2007, Charles Buchan Ritchie of Blanawa, St Combs created Crimond Charitable Trust (a non-profit making registered charity). The Trust took its first steps towards delivering the new Crimond Medical and Community Hub by acquiring land on the outskirts of Crimond. The land was generously donated to the Trust and the costs associated with construction were underwritten by Score Group plc and also from donations received from the public. Set amongst landscaped grounds with views extending down to the Loch of Strathbeg, the Hub provides a pleasant environment with an outdoor seating area. The state of the art building encompasses not only medical provision but also a range of essential community resources such as a pharmacy, community café, fitness suite, post office services, cancer support, beauty salon and more. Public transport has been taken into account with a bus stop being sited at the roadside adjacent to the pedestrian entrance to the site. Full disabled access is available to all parts of the building and preferential disability parking is also provided. Support If you would like to support the upkeep and improvement of this facility, or to enquire about room hire, the availability of our long term lease suites or if you have any questions/queries about this hub, then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
