We are team of 4 (2 girls 2 boys) competing in the battle cancer competition in Manchester on Saturday 5th August all training at Crossfit Allied under the watchful eye’s of the brownlee sisters!

It’s a few of our first competitions so it’s a little scary to say the least but due to the worthwhile charity and near enough everyone has been effected by cancer thought we would all step up to the mark and raise as much money as we can for this.

There will be 3 workouts across the day all pushing us further than perhaps some of want to.
