Borneo is burning. People, animals and the environment are all suffering. All because of an ingredient.

I am giving up all products containing palm oil to increase awareness of this issue, and to raise money for a charity that is trying to defend the rainforest and its species from the huge fires currently raging through Borneo.

OuTrop support 3 local community fire-fighting teams in the Sabangau Forest, Borneo. The funds raised here will assist them as they tackle fires, which threaten the future of the world’s largest orangutan population. 

Sponsorship in the form of a donation would be a great support both to this charity and to myself during the challenge of being palm-oil free.
