Germany to Austria and back! · 31 May 2020

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Hi everyone! I'm Finn and I am 10 years old.

I have a real passion for all things cycling, from competing in youth MTB championships in Bavaria, Germany, to going on cycling holidays with my family. My life goal is to race in the Tour De France!

I have decided to set myself a huge challenge of cycling from my home in Munich, Germany up into the Alps into Austria, in 1 day, and then the following day, ride back. That's 240km, and over 1500m of climbing. I'm going to raise money for 2 charities - Parkinsons and Allergies UK - both charities are very close to my heart and family.

My Grandad has Parkinsons and I watch him battle with it all the time. I have multiple severe food allergies which cause anaphylaxis and I want to show everyone that they have given me determination and that I can still do everything I want to.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
