We've decided to join the £10k Challenge! This challenge is all about raising money to support additional Loughborough student mental health resources needed to ensure we can safeguard those who need additional support in light of this pandemic. We're going to be challenging ourselves, but it's all for a good cause. We're joining together with fellow Loughborough alumni, staff and students to support those struggling with their emotional and mental wellbeing in light of the pandemic. Your support will help us reach our personal target, and make a big difference to those who need this vital support. Please follow our journey and support us in any way you can!
The targets we've set ourselves:
Nikki - 10 mins mindful yoga and 10,000 steps each weekday + 10km walk each weekend day
Marianna - 10,000 steps for 10 days
Andrew P - 1,000 push-ups over 10 days
Val - 10,000 steps for 10 days
Tracy - 10km per day with a mix of cycling, walking or rowing machine
Martin - 10,000 steps for 10 days
Andrew M - 1,000 3-club juggles over 10 days!
