I have set up this page on behalf of the family and at the request of friends and colleagues that are unable to attend Rick's funeral on 5th Sept 2016 but still wish to make a donation in memory of Rick.

Rick passed away on 17th Aug 2016 following a heart Attack whilst playing golf at Centurion on Sunday 7th August 2016; despite the exemplary care and the wonderful staff at Harefield Hospital there was nothing more that could be done for Rick.
