We believe our students and research have the potential to change the world. Our supporters do too. Donations to Manchester help ensure that bright students can study here, regardless of their background. And they support our work to tackle pressing global issues like cancer, energy and poverty.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are raising money for a Manchester Access Programme Scholarship.

Manchester’s student body is already the largest and one of the most diverse in the UK. Our campus is all the richer for this – and one of our priorities is to attract and support the very best students, regardless of their financial circumstances, geography, or social background – helping them to access Manchester.

More than 25% of Manchester students currently come from low-income households.
With your support we can continue to identify, encourage, mentor and support students of high academic potential from non-traditional university backgrounds, who demonstrate the motivation and drive to make the most of the type of outstanding educational environment we offer.
