Together for short lives is a charity I came across one day in Hobby Craft, the charity assists children living with life-limiting conditions by ensuring they get the vital care and support. 

One look at the charity slogan and it had me determined to help in any way that I could as i felt saddened by the thought of youngsters not living to there full potential.

I really enjoy long distance walking and felt the one thing i could offer for a donation is to endure a long distance trek. So i am going to hike the Walkers Haute Route, the hike is 125 miles through the Swiss Alps starting in Chamonix and ending in Zermatt. I intend to complete it in 6 days.

Funds donated will help every family get the very best care and support, every step of their journey - no matter how short.
