24 Hour Charity Live-Stream
Fundraising for SpecialEffect
Story
We'll be running a 24 hour gaming live-stream, to raise money for SpecialEffect (http://www.specialeffect.org.uk/). The charity is dedicated to helping people with disabilities to enjoy video-games - a cause that we all love, and are pleased to help support through this 24 hour gaming live stream.
Over the course of the 24 hours, we'll be playing a multitude of different games. From Battlefield 1 to Rocket League to Minecraft. There'll be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved, and even win some awesome prizes! We're even doing a few 'fundraising goals'!
1) If we reach £25, we will play a full hour of Outlast, in the dark.
2) If we reach £60, Alec will be given a full face of make-up by his make-up artist / hair stylist fiance. To keep on for the remainder of the 24 hours.
3) If we surpass £150, we'll let the person who breaks the target pick from a list of forfeits - and give it to the streamer of their choice to complete.
You can watch the entire stream on our Facebook page (https://facebook.com/DXPgaming). We'll start at 8pm on the evening of Friday the 24th of March. We'll finish at 8pm on the evening of Saturday the 25th. The money raised will go to SpecialEffect, and help them continue to do their stellar work.
