Dale, Craig and David are riding or running in 3 events this autumn to raise money for the Beating Bowel Cancer Charity. 3 events, 3 team members...we can only call the challenge the BBC3!

We have already completed the Richmond to Windsor Bike Ride on September 4th and have two half-marathons coming up in Bristol on September 11th and Cardiff on October 16th.

Craig and David are running their first ever half marathons for this great cause.
