Hi, my name is Daniel Amos

In February 2017 my Nan died from the most horrible thing you could ever think of ....... cancer. 

From the moment she was diagnosed until the moment she died Macmillan were there for her to make sure she was ok and to ease the pain. I don’t know where we would of been without them. 

I’m now 26 years old with a beautiful family, my wife Amy and my daughter Amelia-Rose and I want to loose weight to show my daughter a healthy life style. 

Also I will be raising money for the charity of my choice to give on going care to people who need it the most!!

I will be starting my goal on the

 1st September 2018 I will be hoping to have lost the weight by the 2nd year anniversary since my Nan died,  February 2019

I will post each week to give everyone and update on where I am up to
