I'm preparing to run the Lakeland Trails Marathon to raise money for Action on Postpartum Psychosis. This is a rare but serious mental health illness said to effect 1 in 1000 women following birth, my younger sister being one of those a few years ago. Thankfully she is now well with two healthy boys but we want to make sure other women who may suffer, receive as much support as possible.

Any donations would be very much appreciated.
