Story
The photo of me was taken immediately after I ran the Thames Path 100 miler in May last year - it tells you everything you need to know about running such distances! But all worth it for raising money for the NSPCC.
I clearly should know better but have decided to embark on another Ultra race for the NSPCC on Saturday 9 July. This time it is a 100km run along The Ridgeway National Trail with 4,000 ft of elevation.
All donations greatly received for an extremely important Charity. I will post a photo of how beaten up I look at the end. Wish me luck!
