On the 2nd October 2016, I will be 'running' the Cardiff half-marathon!

As you may or may not be aware, Sara is an advocate working on behalf of people with mental health and mental capacity issues. She regularly works with people of all ages suffering from Alzheimers and dementia and we wanted to raise  money to help the people and families affected by the disease.
