Cheers for stopping by!
I've made the rash decision to do the RideLondon 100 mile cycle ride in July (having just about managed the much shorter London to Brighton a couple of years ago) to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
I would love your support :) My Grandpa Lawrie was taken by Motor Neurone Disease when I was a teenager. He was quite the avid cyclist, so I couldn't think of a better way to raise money in his memory than this ridiculously long cycle.
Motor Neurone Disease (MND) attacks the motor neurons (the cells that control movement) in the brain and spinal cord, causing gradual muscle weakening and eventual muscle paralysis. The Motor Neurone Disease Association offers fantastic care to help manage symptoms to achieve the best possible quality of life.
Any donations would be very much appreciated!!
