Daniel Alexander McColm was born on the 8th July 2010 and sadly passed away at just 5months old on the 6th December 2010. Daniel was such a happy smiley wee boy no matter what he went through, he started having seizures at just a few days old but with the right medication they were under control. After so many different tests there was no answer to why Daniel was having these but after he unexpectedly passed away we found out he had a rare metabolic disorder called Leighs Disease. We are going to try and raise as much money and awareness to mitochondrial disorders as we can to help support the Lily Foundation.
