After receiving treatment from St John Ambulance staff immediately after completing the liverpool marathon, I felt the need to give something back to the charity and raising money by running the preston half marathon is an appropriate way to show my appreciation to them.

St John Ambulance not only provide voluntary first aid at numerous events but they also teach people how to give first aid. It is this first aid which can save lives and provide the treatment needed to those in need.

St John Ambulance can only continue to provide such important first aid with public support and donations. So please help the charity by sponsoring me run the half marathon.
