Hi Everyone, 

Thanks for feeling sorry for me! Im crazily riding from London to Brussels this September in aid of Alzheimer's UK. 

Its a long ride of 380km over 3 days and myself and a few friends will be taking on the challenge. It is the weekend of Tom's birthday too so you may see some interesting photos from the beer festival at the end of it!

Thank you for all donations, no matter how big or small, it means alot. 

Remember to RIIIIIIIIDE your bike, not just ride it!
