Maggie's Highlands needs your support now more than ever. We are here supporting people with cancer and their families who are worried and anxious that their treatment plan might be changed and wondering what coronavirus means for them.

Story

We are all feeling it right now in different ways, so we really want to do our bit and help a charity that means a lot to us - Maggie’s Highland. You can donate what you want to take part (minimum £1). Our goal is to get 1000 people from all over taking part. It will be a full body 45 minute workout that can be done in your own home with no equipment. All levels of fitness welcome. All you need to do is tune in here 10am Saturday 25th April and get all of the family involved 😃

Maggies Highlands needs your help now more than ever. Were here giving the best possible support to people with cancer and their families at this incredibly difficult time. We have one to one phone, skype, facetime and email support. Our online community, run by psychologists, cancer support specialists and benefits advisors, is there to answer questions directly and post daily blogs on how to cope with self isolation or treatment changes. You can join our online kitchen table and chat to others in the same position. We're working shoulder to shoulder with our NHS colleagues (personalise for each centre psychological support, respite, breaks, outpatient waiting spaces, etc). Everything we do depends on your kindness We will always be there for people with cancer but we need you alongside us.
