I completed the Ironman Triathlon around Lancashire, raising money for Cancer Research, on Saturday 30th July!

My sister had a terrible battle with cancer and some of my close friends. I am sure you know people who have suffered from cancer also.

Please help me raise money to battle this terrible disease.

The 2.4 mile pool swim was at Pendle Wavelengths, then the bike was 112 miles around Lancashire, then the run was 26.2 miles around Burnley.

The event was completed in 14 hours, with 5000ft ascent, with strong winds and rain!
