My name is Daniel Young and I’m happy now. 

I’m privileged to live in an amazing family and go to a wonderful school where I am thriving and have been made Head boy however, it has not always been this way: Just under four years ago, I was given some devastating news which shattered my life. 

My mum’s passing was very sudden - within weeks of falling unwell. It was shocking and unexpected, but thanks to Trinity Hospice they made my mum’s last week comfortable and helped us cherish our last memories together. 

Trinity Hospice and Brian House helped us make our last Christmas something very special which I’ll remember for the rest of my life.
