I am hosting a dance class in order to raise money for a charity that is very close to my heart – The Cedar House Support Group.

Since the birth of my son, I have suffered from Post Natal Depression. I am still on the road to recovery but I firmly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for the help and support of this charity. The group in Clapham that I attended provided a safe and supportive environment where mothers could get together who may be feeling similar to themselves. PND is a very debilitating illness and comes at a time when a woman is supposedly meant to be happy and content, not depressed and anxious. The group changed my life and allowed me to enjoy being a mum. It’s now time for me to give something back!
