We at Scholes CC in Rotherham are on a mission to hold a annual charity match in aid of the chosen cause. With this being our first year holding it we have decided to do it on behalf of the Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity to fund a cuddle cot, or similar equipment or resources for the charity’s Purple Butterfly room, in memory or Mia-Rose  and River Watson.

A cuddle cot is needed when a family experiences a tragic loss of an infant and gives the family some much needed time to be able to spend with the lost loved one to make memories and help with the grieving process of such a tragic event.  Rotherham hospital have recently installed another purple butterfly room to help families in this difficult time  and we would like to help purchase some equipment or furnishings to help make the experience as comfortable as possible  

We are holding a funday and charity T20 match at Scholes CC on Sunday 7th august 2022 to help raise the funds and a raffle will be held too with some great prizes on offer.
